The Domehawk camera has been installed along the alleyway between Redcotts Close and McDonald's on the A460 Cannock Road in the Fallings Park area of the city.

The camera has been installed following an increase in reports of anti-social behaviour in the area.

The reports state that youths have been gathering in the alleyway.

The police has been patrolling the area since it was alerted to the problem.

The news was revealed as part of Low Hill, Fallings Park, Bushbury and Oxley Wolverhampton neighbourhood police team's May 2017 newsletter.

A statement from the police said: "The team have seen an increase in reports of anti-social behaviour in the alleyway between Redcotts Close and McDonald's Cannock Road. It has been reported that local youths have been congregating in the alleyway and causing a general nuisance which is affecting the quality of life for local residents.

"A Domehawk camera has been fitted at the location and we continue to patrol in the area during May to try and identify the youths responsible."

Anyone who wishes to report instances of anti-social behaviour are advised to call the police on 101 or 999 in an emergency.
