Appeal launched after 89-year-old woman has handbag stolen in Stone

An appeal has been launched after a 89-year-old woman had her handbag stolen in Staffordshire early last month.

The incident happened in Stone town centre with police now hoping anyone with information will come forward.

They have released images of two people they want to speak to after the theft, which took place on December 3 last year.

Anyone with information should contact Staffordshire Police on Facebook, Twitter, or call 101, quoting incident number 338 of 03/12/22.
