The Mexican wrestling star has built an affinity with Wolves after gifting star striker Raul Jimenez a wrestling mask, traditionally worn in the ring - which the forward used in celebration when scoring the FA Cup semi-final defeat to Watford.

The wrestler also came to the defence of Jimenez for the celebration after Troy Deeney criticised the striker following the game.

Tweeting the wrestler directly, Dalrymple is keen to see Sin Cara head to Wolverhampton:

"Hi Sin, or is it Mr Cara? @SinCaraWWE." he tweeted.

"Tbh, I’m unfamiliar as to how you address WWE royalty, but regardless of that, I’m the MD of Wolves an we’d love you to join us at our final home game of the season this Saturday. Perhaps you’d be so kind as to follow me, and I’ll DM you."

The invite comes after the 41-year-old responded to fans on Twitter asking him to come to Molineux.

Sin Cara has yet to respond publicly to the invite. Wolves face already relegated Fulham, before their final clash of the season at Liverpool.
