Bully: Wolves are up for the cup!

What an absolutely cracking result in the FA Cup – exactly the same scoreline as when we last beat Liverpool in the cup two years ago.

We had to work hard to earn it, but I thought 2-1 was a fair result.

Liverpool seem to have only one thing in their heads – 'win the Premier League title'.

If it was a quarter final they'd have probably played a strong team, but even the team they did put out should have played better than they did.

Wolves took full advantage with Nuno Espirito Santo having taken it seriously, only resting a couple of players.

To be honest it was an absolutely dire first half but Raul Jimenez got his goal and we improved after that.

Jimenez worked his socks off again and led the line brilliantly.

We all keep shouting for Ruben Neves to shoot when he's got the ball 30 yards out – it hasn't happened much for him lately but he caught this one sweet with a fantastic shot.

And then John Ruddy kept us ahead with a fingertip – and it was a proper fingertip – save.

I was pleased for Ruddy, he did well for us in the Championship and has shown his professionalism this season.

He's rolled his sleeves up and stuck to his guns.

It's Shrewsbury or Stoke in the next round and I think they're both winnable games.

It would be great for Shrewsbury to win through for the money side of it, while Stoke are struggling in the Championship after years of being ahead of Wolves as a Premier League team.

Either way it's a decent local derby and a game to look forward to.

I think we'll definitely take a cup run this season if it doesn't disrupt the league form.

Nuno's priority will be to stay in the league, which we're not far from.

We've shown we can compete with any team in the country – on our day I think we can beat anyone at the moment.

It shows how far we've come; it'd be nice to go on a run to at least the quarters.
