No-one asked us to leave EU

The news that the EU is looking after its members and does not like Brexit is no surprise.

What is surprising is that Brexiteers blame the EU for looking after the 27 members not the one that is trying to leave.

The latest poll indicates that Brexiteers want Britain to leave Eurovision, showing that the isolationists want to go it alone everywhere.

But maybe not NATO, where the Russians would love this stupidity to happen.

The desire to leave a club naturally means the club looks after its members, not the one who wants to leave.

What is strange about that? Britain is causing trouble, wants to turn its back and is guilty of anti-social behaviour.

Obviously, the EU will look after Ireland, and Brexiteers should build a Trump-style fence if Britain leaves the EU.

I just ask that Brexiteers pay for it, since its nothing to do with Remainers, and the EU will look after Spain over Gibraltar.

The people on the Rock voted 94 per cent Remain, but the Leavers ignore this and threaten war over the issue.

Nice to see a vote for leaving being really a vote for war, but Leavers are naive in not seeing the consequences.

Leave will prove a disaster, but only for England and Wales. Scotland and Nothern Ireland voted to remain, and its a racing certainty they are going.

So, England and Wales will become Billy no mates in a world which looks after its own.

Looking west as Theresa May is doing and hoping Trump will save Brexit makes no sense at all.

Trump is America First. Brexit really means nobody loves us, we don’t care.

Don’t blame the foreigners, which is now the excuse Brexit keeps putting out.

The foreigners did not ask Britain to leave the EU.
