Around 30 firefighters attended but sadly Mr Johnston was pronounced dead at the scene.

Paying tribute to Mr Johnston, his family said: "Aaron was a devoted husband, loving father and a loyal son and brother.

“Aaron was greatly loved by everyone he knew and will be deeply missed by many.

“We would like to express our gratitude for the overwhelming support and comfort we have received from friends and family at this very sad and difficult time as we wait for the investigation to reach its conclusion.”

The matter is being investigated by the Health and Safety Executive which is supporting West Midlands Police with its enquiries.
