A man has been arrested after the driver of a bus in Birmingham was allegedly spat on.

West Midlands Police said it happened on the number 74 in Handsworth yesterday.
PCSOs from the Safer Travel Police unit were alerted when an 'attack alarm' was triggered.
A man was detained overnight and remained in custody on Thursday morning.
