A 67-year-old man from Smethwick has pleaded not guilty to seriously injuring another man due to careless driving.

Zdenek Sestak, of Corbett Street, is accused of causing serious injury to pedestrian Ranjit Singh by careless or inconsiderate driving in an incident on September 30, 2022.
