Michael Osbourne, aged 37, of Hobgate Road Heath Town in Wolverhampton, was one of three men charged with the same offence after allegedly being found with ammunition near the Bradmore Arms last Tuesday.

It is understood the men were arrested following a collision between two cars on the pub’s car park off Trysull Road, near Bantock Park.

The other men charged were Rundeep Bagga, 32, of Meriden, Solihull; and David Dixon, 37, of Biart Place, Rugby.

The men appeared before magistrates in Birmingham last Thursday and were remanded in custody.

They will next appear at Birmingham Crown Court on Friday.
