Wolverhampton's METHODS are back with a new single

The unsigned band, who featured in The Ticket back in June ahead of a big headline show at the city's Newhampton Arts Centre this summer, release the track online on Friday.

Frontman Ash Bradley, aged 37, told the Express & Star: "Mankind is quite self explanatory really, begging the question - why can't we all be good to one another? Why do people do the things they do to each other?

"We all do things, right and wrong. Time continues on, history repeats. The rain will always come again. No matter what."

METHODS have been together since 2015, and this summer has already seen them release the single Fires which has already amassed more than 8,000 plays on music streaming service Spotify and was promoted with the Newhampton show. That night, held in August, also featured fellow Wolves outfit The Jack Fletcher Band, Birmingham group The Lizards, and Mutant-Thoughts from Bristol who METHODS have befriended playing the live circuit.

On top of that, Brummie act The Twang's frontman Phil Etheridge appeared on the night as a special guest DJ.

They are also planning their first EP to be released in February next year. The band said in a statement on its Facebook page: "The madness is growing be part of it now."

The new single Mankind can be pre-ordered here.
