Wolves fans have been banned from the club's Compton Park training ground after a photo of potential new signing Silvio was leaked on Twitter.

The club had been one of few to still allow open access to training sessions on certain days.

However on Friday morning a picture emerged on Twitter of Portuguese international Silvio training with the first-team squad.

The 28-year-old is on the verge of signing for the club from Atletico Madrid.

And Wolves have now taken the step of banning supporters until further notice, citing the 'widespread use of sensitive information'.

Community groups and charities will still be allowed to attend by booking in advance.

The club said in a series of tweets: "We would like to advise supporters that access to the Compton Park training ground will now change until further notice.

"While we have always been keen to allow open public access, unfortunately this will now change.

"The widespread use of sensitive information, such as photos of potential signings, means we are changing arrangements for the time being.

"Community groups and charities will continue to be able to access Compton Park by prior arrangement as is currently the case.

"We will also continue to have open training sessions at Molineux at different stages of the season.

"We will advise if and when the situation changes in future in relation to general public access."
