The 19-year-old right-back arrived at the club from Wolves in November 2014 and has made a name for himself in the Saddlers youth set-up.

He signed a short term professional contract with Walsall in May 2019 and has now been sent to The Lambs for first team experience until the end of November.

“I’m very excited to be going out on loan," Little said.

“When I heard that Tamworth was interested in me, I knew it was something I wanted to do.

"I can’t wait to hopefully get some minutes under my belt and express myself on the pitch.

“Coming out on loan will help me develop massively and playing men’s football within a professional environment is something I’m looking forward to getting into.

“The gaffer (Darrell Clarke) has told me to go out and enjoy it, to keep a positive mindset and keep developing as a player.

"So hopefully I can do well with my time here and try to chip in with a few goals now and then.”

Little is the latest Walsall youngster to secure a loan move after Tom Leak was sent to Salisbury on loan for a month on October 10.
