Both sides are now just two games away from the first round proper of the famous competition, with their third round qualifying games taking place on Tuesday October 13.

The fourth round of qualifying will take place later this month, should Boro or the Yeltz make it through their respective fixtures.

Both teams could be in line to receive more than £5,500 should they progress to the fourth qualifying round, with £1,875 paid out should they lose.

Stafford earned their place in the third round after being Buxton on penalties last weekend, with Halesowen also requiring spot kicks to get past Hednesford.
