Aston Villa moving closer to £4m Jores Okore deal

Aston Villa are closing in on the £4million signing of Denmark international Jores Okore.

The defender is reportedly ready to fly in for a medical and to talk terms to seal his move from FC Nordsjaelland.

The centre-half rejected the chance to join Chelsea in January, insisting he needed to play first-team football.

Villa, who will release Richard Dunne this month, have been looking to bolster their defence.

They have failed to keep a clean sheet since December. And the 20-year-old fits the bill for Paul Lambert.
