The advice comes as CAMRA prepares to make a push for the foundations and beer cellar of the Crooked House to be registered as an Asset of Community Value.

The vote, if successful would mean that the remnants of the demolished building will be protected from further damage.

The CAMRA spokesperson also went on to say that the community plays a special role in the protection of the building's remains, saying that the locals must fight to protect what is left.
