Three-year ban for Black Country man after inspectors find dead puppy in crate with others 'covered in urine and faeces'

Works on a busy high street are expected to last until Friday as gas engineers control a gas leak.
Worcester County Council Roads and Travel has announced that Bewdley High Street had closed earlier today following a gas leak.
The usually busy road will see repairs taking place throughout the day, with works expected to last until Friday.
On Twitter, Worcester County Council Highways and Travel said: "High Street, Bewdley, closed for Cadent Gas Limited to trace and repair gas escape."

A spokesperson for the street works team at Worcestershire County Council confirmed that the road is now open to general traffic, and that works are expected to last until Friday this week.
