Teenage driver arrested on suspicion of smoking cannabis
An 18-year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of smoking cannabis on New Year’s Eve.
The man, who only passed his test in August, was stopped by officers from Staffordshire Police, the force tweeted.
The road policing unit made the bust after seeing the driver, who they say “went out for a smoke to bring in 2020.”
Staffordshire Police were not available today to release more details on the incident.
