Morning accident causes congestion into and out of Birmingham city centre
An accident in Birmingham caused congestion on a major route in and out of the city.
The accident happened on the A456 Hagley Road at the junction of Plough and Harrow Road, close to the Fiveways island.
Police advised motorists to allow extra time to travel.
The road was cleared by about 10am.
