Man charged after Black Country raids to appear in court next month

A man charged with robbery and possessing an imitation firearm after a spate of raids in the Black Country will appear in court next month.

Peter Marsden, aged 57, was arrested on suspicion of robbery on Monday evening in a car park in Enville Street, Wollaston, near Stourbridge.

He was charged with four counts of robbery and four counts of possessing an imitation firearm, and appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

Marsden, of Enville Street, Wollaston, will next appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on May 4.
