Walsall man charged with drug driving after crash which killed teenager

A Walsall man has been charged with drug driving after a teenage motorcyclist died following a crash with a car.

Luke Paddock, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash which happened at the junction of Ingram Road and Valley Road, Bloxwich, on March 20.

A 17-year-old boy who was a pillion passenger on the KTM motorcycle suffered minor injuries.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said today: "Naheed Bostan, of Burleigh Street, Walsall was charged with driving whilst over the legal limit of a controlled drug.

"The 37-year-old is due to appear before Dudley Magistrates Court on November 18."
