Dudley father in court charged with murder of five-month-old daughter
A Dudley man appeared in court today charged with murdering his five-month-old daughter over two years ago.
Philip Peace, 42, from Himley Road, appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court charged with murder.
He was remanded to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court tomorrow.
The five-month-old girl was taken to hospital in cardiac arrest on September 8, 2017, where she died the next day.
Following an investigation, Peace was arrested in May of the following year and was charged yesterday.
