Harvey's devastated family today issued an appeal to help find the people responsible for his murder as it was revealed a fourth suspect has been arrested.

Harvey was pronounced dead at the scene after being found with a stab wound to his back in Spring Pool Meadow, Russells Hall, just before 7pm on Monday.

In a statement, Harvey's family urged anyone with information in connection with their son's death to contact West Midlands Police.

"As a family we are devastated at the loss of our son Harvey," they said.

"He was an amazing son and brother and words can’t possibly explain how we are all feeling.

"If anyone has any information about what happened to him please come forward and tell the police.

"We ask for some level of privacy as we deal with this tragic event."

Police have been given an extra 36 hours to question a 20-year-old man and two boys aged 15 and 16 who were arrested on suspicion of murder on Monday.

An 18-year-old man became the fourth murder suspect to be arrested on Tuesday and also remained in police custody on Wednesday.

DCI Jim Munro, from West Midlands Police's homicide team, said: "While we now have four people in custody we are still appealing for anyone who may have seen the incident to get in contact with us.”

Dudley Police Commander, Chief Superintendent Sally Bourner, added: "Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Harvey at this sad time.

"Violence has no place in our community and neighbourhood team officers have been providing reassurance in the local area.

"More broadly we are working hard with partners as a top priority to tackle violence in our borough.

"This is a fast moving investigation and I would urge anyone with information to do the right thing and get in touch as we work tirelessly to bring those responsible to justice.”

Anyone with information about Harvey's murder is asked to call West Midlands Police on 101, quoting incident reference number 3114 of March 16.
