Motorbike and tipper van stolen in Bridgnorth

A motorbike and a tipper van have been stolen in two separate incidents in Bridgnorth.

Offenders stole a Yamaha motorcycle from the Bandon Arms car park, on Mill Street at about 3.45pm last Friday.

Two people rode onto the site on another bike, before the passenger jumped onto the Yamaha bike and stole it.

In a separate incident, a Ford Transit tipper van was stolen between 3am and 3.30am on April 5 by three men.

It is believed the men travelled to an address on Sydney Cottage Drive in a small red hatch back and left the area in both vehicles.The last three letters of the van's registration are FDR.

Investigations are being conducted into both thefts and CCTV has been supplied by the victims and the number plates of the stolen vehicles have been added to the automatic number plate recognition camera system to alert nearby officers if they are seen.

Anyone with any information should contact West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident reference number 00419S120419 for the motorbike or 0063S 050419 for the van.
