Leadership workshop in Wolverhampton
A workshop aimed at business owners and managers is being held in Wolverhampton on September 12.
Leadership and Management: Driving Productivity Through People is an introduction to strategic leadership and management development programmes.
It is being held at the Black Country Chamber of Commerce offices at University of Wolverhampton Science Park, Glaisher Drive from 9am to 12 noon.
The aim is to inspire leaders and managers to have more awareness of managing different types of people and gain knowledge of some of the techniques to improve their people management skills.
It will be led by WendyAnne Shapiro from Lotus Flower Consultancy.
