Victorian shopping arcade in Walsall town centre on the market for £5.75m
A Victorian shopping arcade in Walsall town centre has just gone on the market for offers of more than £5.75 million.
Prideview Group, based in Stanmore, Middlesex, is handling the sale of the Victorian Arcade between Bradford Street and Lower Hall Lane.
It was built between 1895 and 1897 on the site of the medieval Shambles, a meat market and timber yard and was originally known as Digbeth Arcade.
