Ben Bate, 38 and his wife Leanne, 39, from Great Wyrley are both personal trainers.

The couple have created a YouTube channel along with their seven-year-old twin daughters twins Macy and Miyah to encourage others to workout from the safety of their living rooms.

Ben said: "The girls wanted to create a family-based fitness channel because so there friends at school could stay fit too.

"We have done a workout to celebrate colonel Tom Moore's 100 birthday, a creme egg calorie burning workout for Easter and most recently a VE Day celebration workout."

So far, the channel has been a hit, with the girls' school St Thomas Moore supporting the family's fitness quest.

Ben added: "The reaction has been fantastic from all of the girls' school friends and teachers, also people wanting to stay fit.

"Our first video now has had more than 1,000 views.
