The 20-year-old scored for loan club Burton Albion in their 3-1 defeat to Peterborough on the final day of the League One season.

He then confirmed he was leaving the Baggies, saying: "Time has come to say my farewell to WBA.

"I’d like to thank all the coaching staff and players for the last 12 years.

"I wish the club every success for next season and in the future. Looking forward to wherever next season takes me."

Bradley spent the first half of the season on loan at Havant & Waterlooville in the National League, scoring twice in nine appearances.

He then joined Burton Albion on loan for the rest of the season in January.
