Walsall's Ronan Maher benefitting from Isaac Hutchinson's support
Walsall midfielder Ronan Maher has revealed Isaac Hutchinson has been a great support to him since his breakthrough into the squad.
Maher, 18, provided competition for Hutchinson during his debut campaign at Bescot, and amassed 15 appearances across all competitions. Hutchinson enjoyed a strong individual season – contributing seven goals and six assists in 44 matches in League Two.
Despite Maher being his main competitor in the squad, Hutchinson has served as an important role model for the teenager.
