Villa host the Foxes with the tie level at 1-1 and both teams targeting a place in the showpiece final at Wembley on March 1.

Luiz, in line to start for the hosts in place of the cup-tied Danny Drinkwater, said: “We’ll do everything, we’ll train hard to be able to win and qualify for the final.

“That’s what our fans want and what we want too.”

Luiz, a £15million summer signing from Manchester City, is aiming to continue the impressive form he showed in substitute appearances against Brighton and Watford.

He continued: “I came here to become a champion and achieve big things. We have that is in our grasp and it all depends on us.

“We’re going out there to try our best and we must make use of the fact we are at home. It’s our home, everything is on our side.”
