The 23-year-old is understood to have finalised the terms of his switch to Villa Park, following an impressive loan spell last season.
Hause joins Villa having made 12 appearances during his loan stay which culminated in the club’s promotion back to the Premier League.
He becomes boss Dean Smith’s fourth signing of the summer window to date, with Villa having already sealed moves for Jota, Anwar El Ghazi and Wesley Moraes, the latter for a club record £22million.
We can confirm that we have taken up the option to permanently transfer Kortney Hause from Wolves. ✍️

Full-back Frederic Guilbert has also joined from Caen as part of a deal agreed back in January.
Hause’s move brings to an end a five-and-a-half year stay at Molineux for the defender, who joined from Wycombe Wanderers in January, 2014.
In total, he made 80 appearances for the club but only six in the previous two campaigns as opportunities became limited under Nuno Espirito Santo.
