00.30: It's time for Expressandstar.com to call it a night. Thanks for sticking with us. Wolves fans seem fairly happy, Albion are loving Miller's arrival in particular, not much for Villa or Blues fans at this point. And Walsall fans are fuming at the departure of Dann to join Fox at Coventry. Keep the comments coming.
00.20: After silence, a DEAL! Albion have beaten the transfer deadline to wrap up the loan signing of Do-Heon Kim. See also: Do-Heon Kim signs for West Brom

23.49: We're about to go into the last 10 minutes. Nearly there. Who is going to move and who is playing for the whistle?
23.35: Not long to go. Will Defoe go to Portsmouth or can Villa snatch him away? Wolves say they're done. What about the missing Albion signing? And will Blues land anyone before business closes? Surely Walsall have not got a surprise to spring on us?
23.30: DEAL West Brom have agreed the transfer of Graham Dorrans at the end of the current season, according to the striker's club Livingston.

DEAL Defender Krystian Pearce has joined Port Vale on loan for one month. Keeper Artur Krysiak has joined Scottish Premier League side Gretna on loan for the rest of the season.
22.20: Payney_WBA asks: "What's going on with Kim Do heon?"
22.15: Is it just us, or is it very quiet at Birmingham City? You might have expected Alex McLeish to be wheeling and dealing to try and guarantee Premier League football next season. Anyone got any gossip?
22.10: Reader Greg Cooper is not a quitter. He says: "So surely with Clapham AND Mulgrew out the Elokobi signing must be a done deal?! No news as yet but I had a feeling it might be a late one tonight!!… also have a sneaking suspicion that there may be another incoming deal that will surprise us all!!!" That's the spirit, Greg.
21.55: It's gone quiet again.
NO DEAL: Brad Guzan won't be joining Villa from Chivas USA as the keeper was unable to get a work permit. Martin O'Neill is "very disappointed".
21.37: DEAL: Charlie Mulgrew leaves Wolves for League One's Southend United on loan for the rest of the season. Mulgrew made seven appearances last season after joining from Celtic as part of the Lee Naylor deal. He has played under Mick McCarthy twice this term, both times in the Carling Cup. Thanks to kernow wolf for flagging up that one.
21.36: No word on Defoe yet, which means it's not over for Villa just yet. Spurs fans will be wondering who is lined up to replace him. The smart money says he's going nowhere and will wind down his contract.
21.35: Steve Madeley reports: "The Miller fee is £900,000 initially. Add-ons could take it to £1.4m."
21.05: Satire time. Sneaky Eavesdropper says: "Steve Bull has just been seen going into Molineux, its rumoured that Mr.Morgan has finally authorised the TOP SECRET:Eyes Only- 6 MILLION DOLLAR PROJECT. It involved Bully undergoing a operation to make his knees bionic. Sources say they dont know whether the 6 million dollar man music will play as Bully moves" It's the way you tell 'em.
21.02: Man City are claiming the fee for Ishmael Miller will rise to £1.5m. Albion fans will not worry if his goals power them to the Premier League.
20.55: The last hour has been a bit quiet. Anyone got any gossip? Anyone else baffled as to how Charlton got Sunderland to pay £4m for Andy Reid?
19.55: Alright. Some proper news, courtesy of our reporter Steve Madeley. His mobile phone has been burning up with news from West Brom so he we go.
DEAL: It's the news Albion fans were hoping for. Ishmael Miller joins permanently from Manchester City on a three and a half year deal for an undisclosed sum. "There is the option of an extra year in the club's favour," says Steve.

17.09: Sneaky Eavesdropper says: "I've just seen Justin Hoyte from Arsenal outside the Compton training ground." Nice "spot". Hoyte and his fellow defenders had a 'mare during the 5-1 drubbing to Spurs but Monsieur Wenger has been playing down the possibility of parting with any of his players during the window.

16.26: Some genuine news in. Portsmouth and Tottenham have agreed a fee to take Jermain Defoe to Fratton Park. Will Harry Redknapp become the latest manager to publicly back Defoe, then leave him to squirm on the bench week in, week out?
Or will Villa be able to drive a wedge into the move and bring him to Villa Park, where he can sit on the bench for no apparent reason?
15.59: It's all gone a bit quiet so here's the latest big move news - Neil Diamond is going to Glastonbury.
Summer festival manager Michael Eavis has snapped up the 67-year-old New Yorker to shore up his Sunday night slot. Expect Sweet Caroline to roll round the hills of Somerset this June.
Will Eavis announce the expected signing of rapper Jay-Z before midnight tonight? It would liven up a pretty dull window final day if he did.
15.18: Albion fans are delighted so far at Miller's capture. AMS said: "Brilliant. There's a lot of promise in him, and with KP around to learn from he can develop into a real talent."

Our Albion man will be speaking to Tony Mowbray at a press conference at lunchtime so we will have all the latest from The Hawthorns.
10.23: One unlikely deal today is Giles Barnes going from Derby to Newcastle. He has been linked with Villa but it looks like he will remain at Pride Park.
09.58: Villa is likely to be the centre for plenty of activity today but are their fans happy.
David Eagle said: "This transfer window is threatening to be totally underwhelming as far as Martin O'Neill and Aston Villa are concerned.
"Whatever happened to the "world class" signings that were supposedly on their way once upon a time?
"Clearly something is preventing the signing of proven, top-class players to the club; be it less funds available than everyone thought, O'Neill's conservatism in the market, Villa's wage structure, or whatever."
Give us your thoughts on that Villa fans?
09.41: Cynicisim abounds for Walsall fans carl says: "Jeff Bonser on way to Nat West Bank Walsall to deposit funds in high interest account from Daniel Fox sale."

09.27: Rowley, wolves said: "I saw a major football star in a chip shop in Tettenhall last night but i am not going to name him because if he doesn't sign you'd think i'm mad. Only problem is, I could have sworn Elvis was serving him."
09.20: Our Wolves man Mark Douglas says if there is movement at Molineux it will be a left back coming in or potentially striker movements out. But don't hold your breath Wolves fans.
