Do-Heon Kim signs for West Brom

Albion have announced the deadline day signing of Do-Heon Kim.

The Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma midfielder, 25, has joined until the end of the season, with a view to a permanent move, after being granted a work permit, agreeing personal terms and passing a medical.

Boss Tony Mowbray said: “Do-Heon has undoubted pedigree.

“He is another player we have assessed during a training spell.

“He showed us during that time he has the ability and talent to create further competition within our squad.”

What a busy day with some good business done. With Do-Heon Kim added to Miller (900k to 1.4M is a snip) and Danek we have done well. Dorrans is basically ours now and effectively on loan to Livingston to keep him developing. What has impressed me is the idea of trialling players to see how they get on with the others in the squad. This will mean that ToMo will know they will fit in with the set up. Going to bed now a very happy fan.

I know we don’t NEED anyone one else for our midfield but love TM for signing talent at the right price, checked out “kim” on youtube and looks like he could give Tex and Koren a run for their money. Never enjoyed being Baggies more than this season :-)

ToMo has become just about everyone’s hero right now and quite rightly, but could the ‘Chairman Criticisers’ cut him a bit of slack too. His dealings in the minefield of transfers are quite superb. And before you ask, no I don’t know him personally. I have but one topic which annoys me intensely with our club, the terrible NOISE emanating from those over-driven loudspeakers!

yes they are good signings but why does he need to sign MORE midfielders we already have 1million of them but good signing in miller

So its all over now, and lets face it JP and TM have done brilliantly. 4 targets identified by TM and then over to JP and he brings them all on board, at either no money in the case of Big Ish( not when you think what his value must be if we had to negociate again), or on our terms regarding the rest.

Add to this the fact that NON of our key players have been tempted to leave, we now are really ready for a promotion push.

I am soooooo glad that Ish ignored the poisonous advice of an ex Villa managing so called pundit and former turnip, in deciding to reward the club that gave him his chance, and not try to mercilessly screw the hand that has allowed his potetial to flourish…restores your faith in people and gives you an incite into the workings of others.

Sooooooo looking forward to the rest of the season and to

Having fun in the run in

    Boing Boing!!

People keep saying we have loads of Midfield players, but the truth is that on our books we have 10 Defenders, 3 of whom can play in the middle, and 6 set Midfielders. The style of Kim Do-Heon will add to Mowbray’s options.
