Armed police descend on South Staffordshire road after reports of 'man with machete'
Armed police descended on a road in South Staffordshire near a golf course after reports were made of a man with a machete.

Staffordshire Police dispatched the firearms team to Old Stafford Road in Coven near to the 3 Hammers Golf Complex.
It happened at around 8.30pm on Tuesday with a 31-year-old man being arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon.
He was released from custody with no further action taken, a spokesman for the force confirmed.
