Dudley balaclava wearing driver has car seized after being spotted by police
A driver wearing a balaclava in Dudley has had his car taken from him after being spotted by police officers in Dudley.

After being pulled over the police conducted checks and found the balaclava wearing driver's car was not insured.
Dudley Police tweeted: "On patrol we have stopped this car as the driver was wearing a balaclava.
"We detained him for a search and located cannabis. We made enquiries with the motor insurance bureau and established the driver was not insured."
Dudley Police added: "We have seized the car and reported the driver to court."
