Two hooded people can be seen running down Lloyd Street in Whitmore Reans on CCTV before one points and shoots a gun and they both run away.

Nobody was hurt in the shooting, which happened at around 7.45pm on April 17, and police have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.

Officers are yet to track down the gunman.

A nearby resident, who asked to remain anonymous, said the shooting had left neighbours shaken.

He said: "A car was shot in the incident but that could have hit someone's home or killed somebody, it is very worrying.

"Police found a bullet inside the car and believe the gun was 3D printed.

"We were out when it happened, they needed all our CCTV footage and that is the only reason we knew about it.

"We are all worried on the street now as knives are one thing but guns are next level and they look like kids."

A spokeswoman for West Midlands Police said: "We’ve launched an investigation after shots were fire in Lloyd Street, Whitmore Reans, at around 7.45pm on Saturday 17 April.

"The passenger side window of a parked car was damaged.
