Knuckle duster found after disorder in Dudley
A teenager was arrested on suspicion of possessing a knuckle duster in Dudley.
Police were called to Ednam Road just after 9.30am yesterday to reports of a disorder.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested and has now been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and possession of a Class B drug.
He has been bailed to appear before Wolverhampton Youth Court on May 15.
