Woman bitten by dog in Rugeley

A dog bit a woman and her pet in a field in Rugeley.

At around 1pm on March 18, a woman was walking through the fields at the rear of Chester Lane, leading to Slitting Mill, with her white Boxer dog, when it was attacked by another dog.

The woman was also bitten by the dog, believed to be an Alsatian, as she intervened.

Its owner is described a white man, around 40 to 50 years old and of a large build. He was wearing a tartan shirt.
