Lamb of God to bring headline tour to Birmingham

Virginia metallers Lamb of God will bring heir first UK headline tour in six years to Birmingham.

The quintet will hit the road alongside Kreator and Power Trip as part of their State Of Unrest tour.

Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe says: “It’s always a blast when you tour with someone for the first time, so we’re looking forward to hitting the road with Kreator, as well as getting some more hang time with our maniac pals in Power Trip. See ya in April.”.

Formed in 1994, the band are best known for singles such as Walk with Me in Hell, Laid to Rest, 512, Now You've Got Something to Die For, Redneck and more.

Since their formation, Lamb of God has released nine studio albums, one live album, one compilation album and three DVDs.

The group has been nominated for multiple Grammy Awards, and won numerous Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards.

Lamb of God will play Birmingham's O2 Academy on April 24.
