Busted to play Birmingham

Busted will play Birmingham's Genting Arena next year, soon to be renamed Resorts World Arena.

The pop trio - made up of James Bourne, Matt Willis and Charlie Simpson - have also announced their fourth album, Half Way There.

Formed in 2000, Busted are best known for hit songs Who's David, Sleeping With the Light On, Air Hostess, Crashed the Wedding, What I Go to School For and Year 3000.

The band split in 2005 and the members pursued seperate musical careers. Charlie fronted post-hardcore band Fightstar and also embarked on a solo career, James became the lead singer of pop punk band Son of Dork, and Matt pursued a solo career.

In 2015 the group reformed and released third studio album Night Driver the following year.

Busted will play Birmingham's Genting Arena, soon to be renamed Resorts World Arena, on March 29.
