The 33-year-old made more than 160 appearances for Wolves between 2007 and 2012, also earning an England call-up in 2011 - making his debut off the bench against Ghana during the 1-1 draw at Wembley.

He was also part of the promotion side at Molineux in 2009, during which Wolves earned their place in the top flight having won the Championship title. He managed 21 goals and 36 assists for the club.

Following that, the winger went on to sign for West Ham in 2012 for a fee reported to be around £10m.

He went on to join Norwich on-loan, before sealing a permanent move to Carrow Road in 2016. He also spent a short spell on-loan at Walsall last season - making 10 appearances for the club.

He signs for Woking as a free agent, and could feature for the mid-table club this weekend against Maidenhead.

Woking currently sit 13th in the National League table, two points off the play-off spots.
