Dejan Lovren believes Liverpool can avoid defeat against Wolves tomorrow – and for the rest of the season.

Jurgen Klopp's side are the only unbeaten team left in English football having won 14 and drawn three of their opening 17 matches.

Arsenal were the last team to go through an entire season without losing a league match, in 2003/04.

Manchester United came closest to matching that feat in 2010/11 before Wolves ended their run at 29 matches with a famous 2-1 victory at Molineux.

Nuno Espirito Santo's team will hope for a repeat feat tomorrow.

But Lovren said: "Hopefully we can be unbeaten until the end of the season.

"Of course it will be a challenge but this is what we want, this is why we came here to Liverpool, because we know we can do it.

"Arsenal did it before so why not?"
