Swansea City are the visitors to Molineux tomorrow in the third round of the competition.

Wolves enjoyed a productive run to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup earlier this season, going four matches without conceding a goal before being edged out on penalties by Manchester City.

Nuno wants more of the same from the FA Cup.

He said at today's pre-match press conference: "It means a lot to us. It’s a new competition that we begin and we look forward to it.

"We’re motivated and ready to play the game.

"It has history. The first time that we, as young people, got contact with the British football was with the FA Cup and memorable games at Wembley. Everybody has images.

"Swansea is a Premier League team that naturally has the same ambitions as us in the cup.

"It will be a tough match.

"We’ll choose inside the squad the options we consider best for the game.

"I always say, a good squad allows you to have a strong XI."

Nuno is set to ring the changes tomorrow and may hand a debut to new £1.5million Spanish forward Rafa Mir.

The head coach said of his new signing, whom he managed at Valencia: "He’s a player I’ve already worked with before. I know him, I think he can help us bring good things to help the team.

"He’s a good player, a player that can play in front, has good ability, powerful and can bring us good things."
