Krychowiak, 28, allegedly told Pardew to 'f*** off' after being substituted in last weekend's 4-1 loss to Leicester.

The Polish midfielder – on loan from Paris Saint-Germain – also refused to shake the Baggies chief's hand. It is believed he has been fined a week's wages, £108,000.

On whether Kyrchowiak will be involved at Bournemouth tomorrow, Pardew said: "Grzegorz has come and apologised to me on Tuesday and to my staff, which is unusual.

“I said to him sometimes an apology is not enough so I have fined him.

“And I also said I don't ever want to see it again. The selection of the player won't be influenced.

"I told him how disappointed I was, fined him and we move on.

“I actually really like him as a person and as a footballer so I was surprised by his actions.

“I told him you need to watch the start of the second half and if you see yourself, you might have subbed yourself and we had a little chuckle."

While Krychowiak is set to be involved at the Vitality Stadium, Gareth Barry is set to miss out through a knee injury.

James Morrison (Achilles), Nacer Chadli (thigh), Daniel Sturridge (hamstring) will not feature, but skipper Jonny Evans should be back after getting over a virus.

"Barry is not going to make it. Morrison is struggling, still, with his Achilles injury," added Pardew.

"Sturridge and Chadli will train next week so we've had some good news on that front.

"Evans is back this week, trained, and managed to get some food in him. He looks like his smaller, thinner brother at the moment."
