After winning a second Turkish title in a row at the weekend, the 24-year-old midfielder says he has fulfilled his ambitions in Super Lig.

Villa are one of several clubs interested in the former Arsenal youth star having scouted him earlier this year.

And Ozyakup is now going to weigh up his options on holiday before picking his future club.

“You know that I have a target to play in Europe one day,” he said. “I’m very happy that I’ve achieved what I wanted at Besiktas.

“Back-to-back championships is good. Now I’ll go to holiday and think about my future. Anything can happen but I’ll decide on the holiday.”

Meanwhile, Villa may be forced to offload Carles Gil to a different club than Deportivo La Coruna after reports in Spain suggest they wouldn’t be able to match the valuation.
