Stourbridge Football Club will embrace the wacky world of darts on May 24 when Terry Jenkins comes to the War Memorial Ground for an exhibition.

'The Bull' - ranked number 11 in the world - will be pitted against local players and members of the audience at the oche in the club-house.

The 48-year-old from Herefordshire will be joined by Adie Mason, a master of ceremonies on the exhibition circuit and marker for the PDC Pro Tour.

Jenkins is a regular at the PDC's major televised events and last reached the quarter-finals of the World Championship, losing to Adrian Lewis.

West Midlands darts fans will remember his exploits at the Grand Slam at Wolverhampton Civic Hall, where he was runner-up to Phil Taylor in 2008.

Hometown hero Wayne Jones also saw his Grand Slam dreams ended in November by Jenkins, coming from 8-6 to win 10-8 in the second round.

Tickets cost either £15 - a VIP pass which includes meeting the player and a fish and chip supper - or £10 without food.
