These pictures give a glimpse into the luxury lifestyle of Staffordshire property tycoon Fred Pritchard.

The chairman of the Pritchard Group has owned Brocton Lodge for the last two decades, and the property is now for sale.

The Georgian country house, once a farm house and part of the Brocton Hall estate, stands in an elevated position and is approached through wrought iron electric gates and along a gravelled driveway.

There are four principal reception rooms off the hall and the original 19th Century ballroom has been converted into a drawing room and dining room.

Other ground floor rooms include a study, garden room and sitting room. There are also former servants' quarters which could be integrated into the main house or used an an annexe.

The lodge boasts eight bedrooms including five principal ones.
