Warning over man knocking on doors in Cannock
A warning has been issued to Cannock residents after a suspicious incident with a man knocking on doors asking about jewellery for sale.
An unknown white man, about 60 years old, wearing glasses and a tweed suit was reported to Staffordshire Police after knocking on houses in Wellington Drive and Dorchester Road.
Police send out a reminder to residents to not answer the door to any unknown people and to not disclose any information.
They said to report any suspicious incidents via 101.
