Jeff Davis later returned when she was in and tried to break in before police were called and she was arrested.

Wolverhampton Crown Court heard Davis spent two nights in the flat in Bentley New Drive on January 27 when the tenant was away, getting in through an insecure ground floor window.

He 'trashed it', including defecating into the toilet and not flushing it, leaving litter strewn everywhere and urinating on the bed. He also stole jewellery an iPad and a passport.
