By integrating handheld devices with an electronic till system or ‘Smart Register’, hospitality staff can take customer orders and payments from the table, which are immediately communicated to both the bar and kitchen in real time through dedicated printers.

Aside from minimising the movement of both customers and staff within the establishment, the integrated Smart Mobile and Pay solution significantly increases operational efficiencies, allowing staff to easily service more customers without impacting speed of delivery.

In addition, Langley Business Systems has launched a dedicated app that enables customers to order and pay via their smartphones without having to leave their tables. As well as reducing the need for staff and customer contact, the app offers a long-term tech solution to increase revenue and scale growth.
