Tipton community interest company providing homes for people in need enters liquidation
A community interest company that provided homes for people in need has gone into voluntary liquidation.
The liquidation of Tipton-based Redemption Project CIC, of Golds Hill Way, comes five months after Lotus Sanctuary, another CIC, in Wolverhampton also entered liquidation. Gurpal Singh Judge was a director of both.
Social housing provider Home Real Estate Investment Trusted revealed the Tipton company’s liquidation. Redemption Project, which was founded in 2020 was a tenant of 152 of its properties.
